There was a surprise result in Kortrijk where tenth rankedCircus Brussels (13-10) edged 4th placed House of Talents (15-8) 88-85 on Friday. It was a great shooting night for Brussels especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Brussels made 7 blocks. It was a great evening for American guard Demetric Horton (196, college: NC A&T, agency: Players Group) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 7 rebounds. French center Jared Ambrose (204-2002) helped adding 21 points and 6 rebounds. Five Circus Brussels players scored in double figures. Bram Bogaerts (198-1998) responded with 19 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and American guard Ithiel Horton (196-2000, college: Texas, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) scored 20 points. House of Talents' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Brussels moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Limburg. Loser House of Talents keeps the fourth position with eight games lost.
